Your counter-notice must include:

  • ✅ Your physical or electronic signature.
  • ✅ Identification of the removed material and the location where it previously appeared on our website.
  • ✅ A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • ✅ Your full contact details (name, address, phone, and email).
  • ✅ A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the DMCA notice.

We will review your counter-notification and may reinstate the content if it meets legal requirements, unless the original complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our own policy, we may terminate or restrict access to accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
